Complete and fully furnished apartment located in a strategic area of Pereira that connects with Armenia, Cali, and all the entire coffee area of Colombia. It is close to the airport. In our place, you'll find all basics for a comfortable stancy, including high-speed internet and a home working area.

This is a secure, clean, green, and open view area, close to the airport and all the main attractions of the coffee region of Colombia. Feel free to walk, even during the night, because this is a secure area. You'll notice there is a lot of building development close to our apartmen, this is because people all around the city and even Colombia are being drawn for this beautiful zone of Pereria.
