Atención: Zermatt es una localidad peatonal. Se puede aparcar en Täsch (aparcamiento en garaje) y continuar hasta Zermatt en tren o taxi. El trayecto en tren desde Täsch a Zermatt dura 15 minutos, y el hotel está a 5 minutos a pie desde la estación de tren.
Se ruega a quienes deseen utilizar el servicio de traslado gratuito, avisen al hotel 10 minutos antes de llegar a Zermatt como mínimo.
