The large apartment has a spacious kitchen, large living room with all comforts, fridge and freezer, TV, sunny terrace and has at least 3 double rooms (for 6 people) and can be expanded to a maximum of 5 rooms (up to 13 people) (170m2 in total) . From 6 people, in addition to the 3 double rooms, there is also a double and / or five-person room. The number of people determines the number of rooms! Public bus and downhill slope in winter ends in front of the house. 5 - 6 people = 3 double rooms. 7 - 8 people = 4 double rooms. 9-10 people = 3 double rooms and one four-bed room. 11 - 13 people = 4 double rooms and a four-bed room and a pull-out sofa bed.
Straightforward and flexible.
In summer our place is ideal for mountain bikers, hikers and nature freaks. In winter, the Minschuns ski area is not far from us, where the downhill slope ends right in front of our doorstep. The illuminated toboggan run from Lü to Tschierv and the illuminated ice rink are also a great change. Of course, the house is in the middle of a wonderful landscape for snowshoe and ski tours. Since I am a ski tourer and hiker myself, I can also give a lot of tips here, including on the various difficulties. The property is right in front of the bus stop (Tschierv Biosfera). The bus of the Zernez-Mals bus line stops in front of the house. Free parking in front of the house.
