Property information

Modern Newly Renovated apartment with lake view - fully furnished. Separate kitchen! Only 5mins walk from the lake in an amazing area near the center. Incl. WiFi, Smart TV with International Channels, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Bed linen and towels included. Clean and accurate. City Parking in front of the building available (free during the night, Maximum 1 hour from 8am to 6pm) Ideal for couples and single travellers. Completely sanitised after every stay with an Ozone Purifier.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is a safe area in the center of Lugano. You can reach with a 3 minutes walk the shores of the lake and you are at immediate distance from Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Gelaterias and everything you might need! If you are a Fitness enthusiast, with less than a 10 minutes walk you can reach an open air gym where locals usually meet during the sunset hours to sweat it off! To get around, I would highly suggest to have a nice walk! You can also choose to rent the Lugano Publibike, which are normal or electric bicycles with many stations from Pick Up and Drop Off around the city! Public Transportation is also very close to the apartment. Being on the 4th floor, you get a fresh breeze coming directly from the lake. The view over the lake and the mountains lets you enjoy the panorama directly from your bed, with the possibility of seeing magical sunsets!
