We are a holiday rental company in Arosa with some years of experience and with various partnerships with other companies in the area. Our aim is that our guests enjoy a unique experience in this special place in the Alps. We are available all year round and have several properties in Arosa.

Property information

Beautiful new luxury maisonette flat with panoramic view, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fireplace, and very spacious and modern living room and kitchen. Directly at the Kulm gondola and ski school. The property is one of the most exclusive in Arosay and has about 170m2 spread over 2 floors. It is decorated in a minimalist and modern style, with panoramic views over the mountains from everywhere inside the apartament and with a beautiful fireplace and balcony. In total it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room, private laundry room inside the apartment, ski-room and a private parking space in the parking Brüggli (which you can access through a private tunnel from the apartment building).
