Thanks to the numerous windows, the apartment is bathed in light all day long, offering an optimal living feeling with its high-quality furnishings. The bedrooms are designed to ensure you can relax in absolute peace, and the exclusive possibility to have a washing machine and dryer for sole use in the property further increases your comfort. The appealing living quality is highlighted by additional features such as a ceramic hob, a capsule coffee machine, and a dishwasher. Outside, the garden intended for communal use invites you to linger and relax.
