We are looking forward to welcoming you at about 1780 meters above sea level. Our house is situated directly next to the valley run as well as 5 minutes' walk from the valley station of the world's first double-decker cable car, your direct access to the Samnaun mountain world. Look forward to comfortable holiday apartments for self-catering with free WLAN and free parking directly in front of the house. You can end the day for example in our sauna.

All our studios and apartments have a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, filter coffee machine and water boiler. Of course you will also find a separate bathroom in each accommodation as well as a flat screen satellite TV and a radio. Apart from the studios, all our apartments also have a balcony where you can enjoy the sun and fresh mountain air.

You are welcome to use the daily bread service of our local bakery for your breakfast. A separate room for storing your skis and ski equipment with ski boot dryer is available. The public transport bus stops are each about 150m away. Shops, bars and restaurants can be reached comfortably on foot or with the free local bus. During the summer season you can use the mountain railway as well as the Alpenquell adventure pool including sauna area free of charge with your guest card.
