Property information

An entire house in a prime location in Lucerne is a real gem. You won't find anything like it a second time. The house is located right next to Schwanenplatz, one of the most popular squares in Lucerne and therefore right next to the lake. The 400-year-old building combines old architecture with modern design. Its 4 floors offer a great deal of privacy. Top features: - 100 meters from the lake - Beautiful view of Lake Lucerne - 4 high-quality box-spring beds and 2 high-quality sofa beds (fold-out) in 6 rooms - 55 inch Phillips TV with Ambilight (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.) & 40 inch Toshiba TV - Modern kitchen with all amenities - Nespresso Vertuo machine with Nespresso capsules - 3 separate bathrooms The old town house has the following room layout: 1st floor - heating and technical room 2nd floor - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 3rd floor - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room 4th floor - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom 5th floor - 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 terrace

Neighbourhood information

Perfect in the center of Lucerne. The lake is less than a minute away from the house and Schwanenplatz is right in front of it. The location could not be better. Please note that the house has 5 floors, accessible only by stairs (no elevator!) - an authentic experience in a historic building. The house is adjacent to a pub, but is well separated.
