Daily cleaning is not provided. Towels and bedding changes are subject to fees.
On-site parking is available for BRL 30 per day and BRL 45 per day for vans and small trucks with a maximum height of 2.9 metres.
Visitors are required to be registered at the front desk and are charged BRL 100 per day.
