Erik and Astrid bought this old farm 16 years ago and turned a ruin into a beautiful place of rest to share with the world. It is our aim to make sure you have a nice stay and we are here for you to help you with anything you might need.

Beautiful renovated part of an old square farm situated in a very nice part of Flanders. (Pajottenland & Flemish Ardennes) The house has 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms upstairs and an extra seperate sleeping area (ground floor). The kitchen has an electric stove with oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher as well as Nespresso coffee machine and water cooker. Our guests have a private little garden with wooden furniture and can use the orchard to picnic and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The area is famous for cycling (the Tour of Flanders passes here) and walking and there are indoor & outdoor swimming facilities at a 10 minute drive. The house is close to the most beautiful animal park in Europe, Pairi Daiza (25 minute drive). So it is a perfect base for your Pairi Daiza visit. We have private car parking for our guests. The house is low-radiation and there is no TV. It is designed to offer peace and quiet to the maximum. It is a great place if you are looking for a place to detach from normal live and relax completely. Astrid and Erik live at the property and are available for all information. Our peaceful home is located on the border of the Pajottenland and the famous Flemish Ardennes (The Tour of Flanders passes here). Beautiful landscapes, forests en the official 'Silence area Dender-Mark' are great for walking, cycling or just enjoying. We are 3kms from the center of Galmaarden (supermarket, bakery, bank, apothecary, café), 7km from Geraardsbergen (the Gavers, where you can swin in&outdoors) and 25 minutes drive from Pairi Daiza Private Parking on the property.
