El acceso al parking subterráneo se encuentra en la calle Drabstraat. Si se utiliza un dispositivo GPS, se recomienda introducir «Drabstraat 37, Gante». Se recomienda utilizar Google Maps o la aplicación Waze en vez del GPS del vehículo. El centro de la ciudad de Gante es una zona de bajas emisiones.
