The studio itself: -Contains a complete bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. -Has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessities. -A very comfortable sofa bed with two blankets and two pillows. -A dining table with two chairs. -A television with Telenet TV mounted on an adjustable arm so you can watch television from anywhere in the studio. -A terrace with comfortable chairs. What is not provided and you as a guest must BRING YOURSELF: -Bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases). -Towels Communal areas (swimming pool + garden): -The swimming pool is open from 1 April to 30 September and is always closed on Wednesdays. -The garden is accessible all year round. Rules + practical information: • Please bring your own fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases and towels. • Pets are not allowed. • Smoking is not permitted in the studio. • Always turn off the electricity when you leave; the switch for this is located behind the stove. • The studio must always be left clean! Nearby: The Westende Bad tram stop is 200 metres (4 minutes on foot) away. Directly opposite the studio is a Delhaize supermarket, open 7 days a week. The street also has several restaurants, cafés, a butcher's, a baker's, a chicken stall and an amusement park. Middelkerke and Nieuwpoort are both less than 15 minutes away by tram, making it an ideal location for excursions. Ostend station is a 30-minute tram ride away.
