The Coolsea apartments consist of two identical apartments on the 9th floor in the complex O'Sea at 100m from the beach. Ideal for two families who want to rent something together but still want to have some privacy. You can find both apartments on this site: CoolSea2 and CoolSea3 The CoolSea apartments are decorated with love and carefulness and have all the comfort you need to have a careless and satisfying stay. The building has been finished by the end of 2022 so you are enjoying a new and classy apartment. The apartments are modern, spacious and bright. It consists of a fully equipped open kitchen with dining area, a comfortable living area with a 55" 4K TV and a Playstation 4, a master bedroom with a queen size bed + bathroom, a second bedroom with a bunk bed (top=90x200, bottom=120x200 )and its own private bathroom. The terrace is spacious and ideal for enjoying the sun. We have placed to comfortable chairs and foot rests. The apartment comes with a reserved parking space under the building. To thank you for your stay with us we like to provide you with a welcome gift that consists of - a bottle of Cava (in the fridge) - a bottle of still water (in the fridge) - 4 Nespresso capsules (near the coffee maker) - 4 tea bags (near the coffee maker) - a box of cookies - a small box of Pringles (paprika) - 4 dishwasher pods (under the sink) - 4 Rituals shower gel - 4 Rituals Shampoo - a small bottle of olive oil
