The flats feature a spacious; modern and equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedrooms and possibility of a terrace. Where in Lochristi the environment and sustainability are paramount, Aparthotel Dénia is one of the largest and greenest new construction projects in the region. Innovation is at the heart of our business. For example, the building has been made completely energy-neutral by means of solar panels, batteries in the ground, automatic sun blinds and 3 double-glazed windows. Besides the sleek and modern look of the building, much attention has also been paid to the rustic. For instance, guests can relax in the little green garden in the hotel's courtyard. Lochristi is a thriving flower town with several walking and cycling paths through the famous begonias and azaleas. Lochristi is very easy to reach in all directions. Aparthotel Dénia does not have a reception. But this does not mean that you cannot count on us. When you book you will be sent an emergency number that you can reach 24/7 if a problem arises. We are always there for you. Instead of a reception, we work with a QR code that is sent to you. One week before the check-in date you will receive an email from us with all the necessary information including a link. With this link you can download an app where you can obtain the QR code. With this you can enter the hotel, your apartment, the elevator, laundry room and luggage room. This QR code remains valid from your scheduled check-in time until half an hour after check-out time.

Aparthotel Dénia uses its own cleaning policy adapted to the length of your stay. So this is included in the price. Cleaning short stays: -For stays less than or equal to 7 nights, no cleaning is provided. For stays longer than 7 nights, we provide one cleaning per week, including the replacement of bed linen and towels.
