It is 30m away from the main road, From the old town and the old bridge 300m It has a view of the entire city of Mostar with it‘s parking which is suitable for motorcycles and cars and is completely safe with video surveillance. It is separated from the city noise and without the influence of the environment The property has a basketball court and table tennis court, as well as a poolside relaxation area with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue facilities. The pool has a view of the city, the pool is sunny all day. All apartments in the building are air conditioned, consists of one bedroom with a large double bed, each apartment has a private bathroom, living room in the kitchen. The living room also has a sofa bed so the apartment can be used by 4 people. The bus and train station is 2km from the apartment. The airport is only a 10-minute drive from the property.
