It's such a peaceful location with a private feel to it. The quality of The Warehouse is amazing along with the feeling of pure calm we had while there. I recommend wine and cheese/salami in front of the fireplace!

Welcome to my 4 year project, designed and built by the owner, ive utilised a lot of recycled materials from bricks to Oregon House beams that have been re milled for internal doors and windows inside the house and architraves which have been done in the traditional Shoshugibon Japanese style wood burning technique, no Gyprock has been used at all in the building , an Ironbark tree was cut down on the property has been air dried then milled and used for various things - stair treads, the overhead bridge planks, handrails & window surrounds , coffee table, artwork & breakfast bar. While its a very minimalistic house without many of the appliances & conveniences we become accustomed to it still is a very comfortable calming house to live in with Double glazed high quality commercial windows & doors ( my previous business) warm smooth burnished concrete floor which achieves thermal mass with a low winter sun and stays cool in summer This is a digital Detox house which I find by living quietly you connect with nature, hear the rustle of the bush and u might see a goanna , echidna, or wallaby close to the house or spot the many birds from finches, red tailed black cockatoos chewing on casuarina nuts , king parrots, Wonga pigeons, Wood ducks may be nesting in the spotted gum hollow. I make no apologies in trying to cater for everyone’s desires, as this is the way i choose to live & have not designed this place with rental as a Main goal, we will only leasing this for approx 35 days during the year
I love the street and small neighbourhood of small acreages as its all dead end streets and no street lighting which makes it great for seeing stars at night, so it has a very quiet and bush like feel as far away from a built up urban environment as you can get, but still very close to cafes, shops, restaurants and the beach
