All linen is supplied. Quality appliances including a gas cooktop with an electric oven, a dishwasher, large fridge, coffee machine and microwave. Bbq. Wide screen Tv, Netflix, Xbox and arcade game system. A second living room is located upstairs featuring another wide screen Tv and Dvd player . Complete with heating and cooling throughout, Wi-Fi Two beautifully presented bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The luxury queen size master bedroom is located on the second floor offering a WIR, and a full Ensuite with a vanity and a large shower. Upstairs is another queen size bedroom, Each room is beautifully furnished and provide BIRs and all linen. The spacious family bathroom offers a shower plus there is a powder room. Outdoor shower in the rear yard to rinse of after hours of fun at the beach This property does not accept schoolies, bucks, hens or other large parties/gatherings, penalties will apply to guests. Guests are required to complete a booking form and provide licence ID for guests and a credit card details prior to check in. This property is patrolled by Coastcom security. No smoking and No pets.
