*House Rules* PRIORITY - RESPECT OTHER RESIDENTS - Do not speak to any other residents at any time. - Do not knock on their doors. - Do not ask them for directions. - Be quiet when coming and going and do not slam doors. If you need assistance during your stay, please contact your host. PRIORITY - NOISE There is to be strictly no noise between 10 pm and 9 am and minimal noise at all other times. CHILDREN The safety of children and responsibility of care to the furnishings and property itself during your stay falls 100% with the person responsible for making the booking. The property will include items including but not limited to electrical outlets, power leads, large wall lent mirrors, expensive decorations and furniture, cleaning chemicals, bug sprays, balcony’s and balcony furniture/ hammocks. Children must be under constant supervision and considerable care will be expected of supervising adults in ensuring the property is kept as found when leased. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES - No smoking - Please return the apartment to a tidy respectful condition, taking out rubbish, returning the kitchen and it's appliances clean as found. For best hygeine, please do not hand wash dishes. - Please respect neighbours and park only in the reserved space. - If sofa bed is used, please leave out for cleaning. - Common spaces are for residents only, not guests. - No unlisted guests are to be in the property after 10 pm. - No parties or events can be held in the unit. - PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW YOUR WELCOME LETTER UPON ARRIVAL. Failure to follow above house rules will result in eviction without refund and possible loss of bond.
