First Hotel in Herberton, 2 Bedroom apartment, shared bathroom, fully furnished, sleeps up to six people. Porta cot available. Laundry facilities. Apartment has 1 double bed and tv and cupboards in main bedroom, the second room has a double bed and a single as well as a fold up cot. There is also a fold out couch in the lounge. Large roomy apartment in the heart of town with ample off street parking , an excellent base to explore the region. Spend a day at the local historical village, or wander up the road to the mining museum. The High grounds cafe is open every day as well as the 5 star supermarket across the Rd. You can enjoy the coolness the tablelands has to offer and the old historic vibe of Herberton. Whether its rainforest and waterfalls on your exploring trip and or Savannah country, Herberton sits in the best location to explore it all.

Herberton Township is one the oldest towns on the tablelands.Established in 1880 on Tin Mining, in its heyday a total of 17 pubs, and many other establishments. Herberton Hotel was the first building ever granted a title to build, the bimrose family started strait away selling alcohol on this premise. The township has the award winning Historical village as well as the Mining museum as well as the Steam railway running most weekend. Plus many more local attractions and day trips available.
