Feel at home in our spacious 4-bedroom gem with the lot. Perfect for any time of year, with heated pool, outdoor spa & covered outdoor entertaining area. Multiple indoor living areas, incl. pool room with pool table, arcade games, TV & bar and kids' area in the garage, with table tennis & soccer table. For your comfort, a wood heater, split system air con & heating, fans in bedrooms, Wi-Fi and much more. Only 400m from the beach, via track past free tennis courts & playground. Proud to be Pet Friendly!
I'm passionate about providing a home away from home for all of our guests, where they can relax and enjoy all the fun our home has to offer! I also love to travel and have loved being a part of creating a space based around the things that I love when traveling!
Neighbourhood Information * Free Tennis courts & Playground are located only 100m away in Orungal Court * Walk to the Reserve & take a stroll down the bush track to the Beach! (Only 400m away!) * Coles, Woolworths & IGA Supermarkets are located in the main township of Torquay * On the highway, near the Surf Shops, you will find the Kids' favourites, such as McDonalds, Subway & Dominos Pizza * For those after something a bit more special, head along Bell St, The Esplanade and Gilbert St and where you will find many wonderful eateries, cafes, restaurants and coffee spots. * "Dunes Village" is another shopping complex nearby which offers Woolworths, BWS, Bakers Delight, a Nail Salon, Coffee Shop and more. Turn right at Fischer St and continue through 2 roundabouts. Dunes Village is on the corner of Merrijig Drive & Fischer St. An amazing skate and play park “Djila Tjarri” can also be found in Merrijig Drive, just down from the shire offices. It boasts the Biggest Skate Bowl in Australia, BBQs, Play Equipment and Scooter Ramps.
