Great respect to the neighbourhood is required. Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise and loud music is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of rental. The house is completely unsuitable for loud music (sound travels downhill) and local residents have no hesitation in calling the police at any time of day/evening which results in police fines being issued.
