This apartment is ideal for families or 6 friends staying together. The town center with grocery stores, restaurants, and nightlife pubs rests at 200 m. You can be there to enjoy the streetscape, local shopping, and region gastronomy. In winter, skiers and snowboarders enjoy the excellent pistes on offer in the large resort of Hochfügen-Hochzillertal. The ski lift is at 1 km and the ski bus will take you there in no time. Hikes to the Kaltenbacher Wasserfall waterfall are popular. The apartment has central heating for comfort when it is cold outside. From the balcony, you can cherish the surrounding views while sipping a nice cup of coffee. You can make use of the ski boot heaters when you return from the snowy slopes.
