Very quiet sunny central position with balcony. Directly in the cycle track. Shopping possibilities nearby. To the ski lifts after Leogang and Fieberbrunn there are approximately 7 kilometers. To the cross-country trail 1 kilometer. There is a small skiing area directly in the place.
