El Gasthof zum Stern, situado en el centro de Ötz, es una posada tradicional tirolesa con frescos históricos, el más antiguo de los cuales data de 1573. La estación de esquí de Hochoetz está a 400 metros. Las habitaciones presentan una decoración tradicional y cuentan con vistas a la montaña, zona de estar, TV de pantalla plana por cable y baño.
