The old, romantic holiday house is located approx. 5 km from Zell am Ziller, in a quiet, sunny location at 950 m above sea level. The Gerlosstein ski area with an attached toboggan run is around 2 km away. It is 8 km to the Zillertal Arena in the direction of Zell, in the direction of Gerlos Isskogelbahn it is approx. 10 km. The kitchen, living room, a double room and a sanitary room with shower, toilet and washing machine are located on a living space of approx. 67 m² over two floors. There are also two double rooms (one with a balcony) and one room with a pull-out couch. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, cooking and eating utensils, radio, and satellite TV. -Bed linen and towels available -Central heating and parking space are available.
