Functional two-room apartment in the comercial center of Villa Ballester. Fully equipped, two blocks from the railway station. The area is mainly commercial but very quiet with a great gastronomic offer. The apartment offers Smart TV, WIFI connection, hot-cold split in the room, large closets, Scottish shower and equipped kitchen. The building has a green space for common use.
Villa Ballester is a dormitory city connected by train and several bus lines with Buenos Aires. It is quiet but it has an important commercial center, with varied gastronomic offer.
