I have done my MBA in American University of Armenia and have a IATA certificate of Ground Operation Management. Also i have my private travel agency called Tatev Travel Agency. I also work in the airport as representative of two airlines.

Property information

The property is ideal for group reservations of 30-40 guests. Especially if you have a wedding or any event that will require all of you to stay in one place, so this property will be your best option. The property is located near American University of Armenia, which is in the city center and very quiet neighborhood, besides being in quiet neighborhood it is surrounded by cafe's and supermarkets. The property has 6 apartments which all have entrance to private yard, which is only for the guest of the apartments. There is also a fireplace where you can make a BBQ (the cooking tools are provided).

Neighbourhood information

The property is next to American University of Armenia which makes it perfect place for interaction with university students. Guest can use the GYM of the university, or if you like reading you can go to the library. There are also nice cafe's around. And the Lover's Park is 5 minutes by walk from the Property. The metro station is also very close around 5 minutes by walk, and taking the metro you can go directly to Republic Square which is only 2 station from Tatev Apartments.
