A charming newly renovated homey-feeling house with a long balcony and a medium garden (where smoking is allowed) with a shared fireplace which is surrounded by flowers and plants. The house has got a big kitchen and lovely living room-like area equipped with a TV, AC unit and a cosy decorative fireplace. The bedrooms are also newly made and modernised.
The neighbourhood is a charming place, just 3 minutes of walking distance from the vibrant city's centre, close to the cities Catholic cathedral where the famous "Gjuhadol" street is located right across from the cathedral. This long street -- which stretches form the cathedral all the way to the city's town hall -- is famously very well known for its vibrant and lively bars, cafes and sweets/pastry shops just to name a few of all the adorable offerings (such as locally produced decorative crafts and beverages etc). The area is surrounded by a couple of (super)markets such as local ones and well-know chains.
