the host is a real estate agent as a full time job wich means he is used to deal and to serve the costumor and also is characterized to be patient and very understandable. Also is a native in Tirane and can assist you with nice locations to visit, cool bars for the night life and great restorants

The Apartament is located in e new building finished in 2023 and is just renovated and furnished. The interior design is very warm and colorful, also fully furnished to give you a nice and comfortable stay. The apartament also comes with a parking spot without charge

Neighbourhood information

apatament is located in the area near the hospital and ministry of defence wich means is a really safe with a lot of movement during all day. The building is part of complex and is very quite and with every facility that you will need to begin with supermarkets, coffee shops etc.
