Our place is a brand new, spacious 1 bedroom flat which compromises a modern open plan kitchen, 1 bathroom - WC, private balcony with sea view, able to host up to 5 guests. The flat is located on the first line of buildings, 10 minutes walk from the port and 3 minutes walk from the nearest beach. Its location is ideal for guests who want to visit the city's centre and be next to the sea at the same time. Near to the flat, you can find many restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets.
We live 500m away from the flat, thus, we are able to assist our guests at any time.
The flat is located on the popular neighborhood called Lungomare. A newly developed neighborhood which is located next to the sea and offers a plethora of modern coffee shops, restaurants, clubs, parks etc. Furthermore, it includes the city's popular beach and is only 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Places such as restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, parks and the city's beach are all around the flat in walking distance. To visit the city centre, the guests, can use the local commuting option (bus) or even walk a distance of not more than 1.5 Kilometers.
