Surrounded by greenery and shaded by grapevines, it provides small relaxing terraces, private entrances, and air conditioning – making it ideal for guests seeking calm and comfort near the city of Shkodër.

Ajasem is a quiet and green neighborhood at the entrance of Shkodër, perfect for rest and relaxation. Just 1 km away is the historic Rozafa Castle, offering breathtaking views. The area is surrounded by natural beauty, including the Drin and Kir rivers, which pass nearby and create a fresh, peaceful atmosphere.
