Wake up with a Sea View and peaceful Mangroves 🍀 All amenities available (washing machine, fridge, stove, coffee machine…etc) Private car parking (with access card) Pool & Jacuzzi Gym Bus station in front of bldg 5 mins from the city 20 mins from Airport New Year Fireworks view 🎇 Louvre Abu Dhabi view Luxurious apartment has all the needs you’ll have during your stay. Smart home with Alexa support. Easy access to the flat with Smart Door 🚪 All you need with affordable budget. My two bedroom flat is 1145 Sq ft in space area. There is laundry room and guest washroom. Your booked room is a master room and has its own full washroom with bathtub. The living room has a dining table, a full kitchen and a big sofa and a big smart TV. Balcony has the best sea view in Al Reem Island with the combination of ( Sea view, City lights, and mangroves trees ). You will have a beautiful view from your room when you wake up that makes you feel that the water is under your feet. The other room is occupied by the host. Your room has a big wardrobe, a big TV with free streaming services during your stay. The room has a wood floor for the delicacy touch on your feet during winter and summer. The bed is queen size with a new medium soft mattress and memory foam 2 pillows, to make you sleep as you are at home. You will have free high speed unlimited WIFI, and unlimited TV Streaming.

City of light area it is a lovely neighbourhood with transportation stations in front of the building, and 2 known supermarkets blocks away, plus plenty of coffee shops and restaurants steps away.
