Especially Tuan, Mr. Easy was great, from the welcome until the goodbye. If we had any questions or needed anything, he would have sorted it out in no time. Also they have good breakfast and a nice rooftop bar (with whirlpools;)). And did i mention the staff? Thanks a lot! If we come to visit hanoi again I would not know why I should go somewhere else

The toilet and shower room is small, but the water pressure is excellent and the water heater works quickly. WiFi was good, room was clean and cozy. In my opinion, this is the best deal for that budget. I will be happy to come back!
