The staff are very polite and they cleaned the room everyday , I stayed in the private room on the 6th floor and it was excellent. The balcony in the common area is a great place to start the day when the weather is nice.I wish I could stay longer but I will definitely recommend and use it in the future.

Free Wi-Fi access is provided. The front desk officers are all nice people. Most of them are fluent english speakers too. The check-in procedure was smooth. The rooms are clean and quite big fir a hostel. There's secured lockers for each person. The restroom and shower area were clean and well maintained. The best hostel I've stayed so far. Keep it up!

It was extremely clean, comfortable and safe, and in a fantastic location with great facilities. There was tea, coffee and snacks available in the morning, as well as Dyson hairdryers and umbrellas available to borrow and use. I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody, in particular female solo travellers. This was my first solo trip and I could not have been happier with my accommodation.
