The hostel is 42.6 km from Tambo Colorado. Excellent hostel. The staff were professional and helpful, the building is clean and well designed and has everything you need. Our room was large and great value for money. Particularly enjoyed the hot shower with good pressure. On site there is a cool self service bar/games room, you can order food and there is also a simple cafe downstairs.

The commercial area is 3 km away. We had such a great stay here! It’s a fun hostel without being too much of a party environment like other hostels in the area. Music is off by 10:30pm so you still get a great sleep. The dorms themselves are great - we stayed in a 6 bed dorm and had the best sleeps. Each bed has blackout curtains, a sizeable locker and under bed storage. It’s really nice having an ensuite in the room too, with a hot shower, free soap and shampoo and a hairdryer. There’s heaps of places to relax at the hostel including 2x rooftops, couches, and a restaurant/bar that serves cold drinks and food. It has direct access to the oasis and is only 3 mins walk from the PeruHop drop off. You can also store your luggage during the day and use the facilities (pool/showers) if you don’t leave until later on. Would highly recommend!
