They had a private room with futon mattresses that were very comfortable. It's also a great cafe during the day, with tasty drinks and ice cream.

Travelers' house ROOTs fica em Takaoka, a 47 km de Castelo de Kanazawa e a 47 km de Jardim de Kenroku-en. The owner was incredible, he was the most amazing host I had ever at an hostel! The beds were quite comfy and if you need another pillow he’ll offer you one! The towels are multi time use when paying one time 100 yen throughout your entire stay, I was there for almost four days and it was fun! I cooked food at the kitchen and shared it with the host too, he absolutely loved it! If you’re an international traveler, make sure to stop here!

The owner created a beautiful lifestyle combined with world class Japanese history houses. Wonderful landscapes window view, full packed kitchen, cafe beans..so on. We don’t have enough time exploring more there.
