They shared many insights about the history and highlights of Asuke, making me feel as though I had become a part of this beautiful town. I stayed in a single room, which was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing experience. The restrooms and shower facilities were clean and well-maintained, and to top it off, there was even an open-air bath. It was the perfect way to unwind and soothe my travel fatigue. This is a place I would love to return to as a base for exploring Asuke.

It gave them a whole Japanese experience in which a hotel could not provide. It's extremely clean and organized. The host is very caring and welcoming. We wish we could have stayed longer.

It's in an old building which is beautiful and a short walk from the railway station and the castle. The women's dorm is only four people so nice and small. You have traditional futon mattresses on a mat floor and curtains around your area. The washing machine is free to use, there are free bikes, free tea and coffee. The staff are lovely. I really wanted to come back again but they were fully booked unsurprisingly!
