The service was fast and friendly as always, and got an excellent room. As before, the location was extremely helpful due to its closeness to both the BSÍ bus station and downtown, and since I usually arrive in the evening it's great to just check in and then take a short walk to find dinner. My room was clean and quiet, and plenty of refrigerator room in the (large) kitchen area to store groceries. I'll definitely be staying there again.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The reviews regarding the noise made me a bit skeptic but am very happy I did not change accommodation. You receive a message with all the codes prior to arrival which means you can check in without passing by the reception (4th floor, elevator available). The code is your personal key which unlocks the front door, the door to access your floor and the room. Despite the reception not being 24/7, it feels safe. The room is spacious and has a bathroom inside the room + only one in the hallway. The shower is great; good water pressure and temperature. No towels included. The location is perfect; right in the city center and walkable from the busstation (airport) and easy to reach the meeting point for day tours. The noise at night? I was on the third floor and did not hear anything over the weekend. A snoring roommate is louder than any outdoor noise, even for light sleepers. The staff is spontaneous and support Palestine 🇵🇸❤️
