This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet through the all property. I booked 2 nights but then I stayed 6 . Definitely will come back. Special thanks to Renée from reception. She will always help you with anything you need. Breakfast is great and Fernando is making it more enjoyable. It's my third time in JLM this year and it's the best place to stay, I would come back again with friends and I do not go in the same places when revisiting a place - this is why I found it extraordinary. Why? The staff is awesome! Excellent location! This hostel has everything you need and I will list it in a random order: - very nice room; the ceiling is very high so the room will feel larger. - nice open space where you can eat drink / outside terrace with a beautiful city view - kitchen where you can cook (if you are like us on a special diet) - breakfast = good price - the staff is helping helping tourists to enrol on walking trips everyday - it's a lovely atmosphere which you have to experience by yourself - the heating in the room works very good, the shower is excellent! - the room is clean, the beds are comfortable - luggage room where you can leave your bags after checkout - some people might find the elevator as a bonus :) - you get two access keys - for the double room - which some could find it very useful I am sure that I am missing a lot of features but I hope you will discover it by yourself.
