Was always greeted with a cup of coffee in the morning and a good chat. Always happy to problem solve and was receptive to any queries. Facilities were as expected and true to the photos.

The Embassie is a 200 years old, vintage mansion and the first hostel in Liverpool. Located in the Georgian Quarter, the property is a 12 minutes walk from the city center. It features a 24-hour desk, free WiFi, free breakfast, shared kitchen, TV communal area and dining room. Free parking is available upon request. Upon arrival, I was immediately shown around the hostel and all necessary amenities were pointed out to me. The staff were great and contributed to the ambient International atmosphere. The room I stayed in was clean and met my expectations. The shower is powerfull and the kitchen area had all that I needed. All in all, a great stay and managed well 24 hours.

International Inn offers private rooms and shared dormitories, all with private bathrooms. Nice staff. Lockers under beds and key cards to enter room and main area. Big (but sometimes busy) kitchen and nice lounge area with a tv where you can watch the football game. About a 15 minute walk from central station

The hostel has a 24-hour reception offering free luggage storage. Guests are also free to use a fully equipped self catering kitchen, dining area, retail section and common spaces. The staff is really friendly. As a woman travelling abroad, and alone, I must say how welcoming they were. Right at the reception you are going to notice how warm they are. I really felt safe there. You are going to see the menu and prices around, which is great, especially if u r on a budget. The bedroom was comfortable; there were other people sharing the bedroom (it fits 10). But they do follow and respect the instructions/rules of the place. I really can't complain and once again, I was feeling safe (which means a lot when you are in a new environment). They didn't speak loudly for even one moment; and each person was just minding their business!!! Congrats!! And thank you for the time and peace and quiet I had at your place. PS.: blankets on the bed already!!! Perfect.

Very kind and friendly staff the new management is trying his best and they are problem solvers, the rooms have great sizes ,the accommodation is in the City Center so it's close to every activity offered by that beautiful city. Decent prices !
