Just 4 years old, it is run by a family who obviously take pride in providing excellent hospitality at a very fair price. Spotlessly clean, excellent pilgrim meal and breakfast (including fresh fruit salad and bakers' bread, not the usual cheap sliced rubbish), again at a very fair price, nothing seemed too much trouble. Fantastic showers with pipping hot water. We congratulate the owners on a job very well done.

At the hostel, each room has a wardrobe. ACienLeguas offers some units with city views, and the rooms come with a patio. The room is very clean, happy that my bicycle is securely kept. I did my hand laundry and they provide lines to hang it.

There is also a third floor with private rooms and 2 studios. Private rooms have a private bathroom with a bath or shower and free shower gel. They also feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Studios have a small kitchen area for private use. Excellent! One of the best places we saw in 40 nights on the Camino.

All guest rooms at the hostel feature air conditioning and a wardrobe. The owners were very welcoming and always asking if we needed anything. This is a brand new Albergue so everything is spot on. I even messaged asking for 2 bottom bunks which they promptly replied to with a “Yes of course we can do that” A lovely kitchen to cook your own food as nothing available in the town. We bought pasta and sauce from the local shop. They have a bar and when we left at 5.30am in morning, they were there to wave us goodbye. I wish them all the best.

I came here to relieve all the fatigue I had accumulated in Camino. Your hostel provided comfort, good environment, and facilities. I am very satisfied and will stay here again the next time I visit Leon.
