They let us use the public restroom at the day we already checked out, before moving to night bus to go to Qena, kept our luggage without any charging during our trip to Luxor, Aswan, until the day we were back to Cairo. Additionally, the reception is always (24/7) occupied, helping us at our late checkin and early morning checkout, the staff is truly amazing! They are always happy to assist no matter what, and you can easily contact them via WhatsApp at any time. Some tips for travelers - keep in mind that this is very suburban area and if you’d like to visit Pyramids in the early morning, there are a lot of dogs here. I live in country without street dogs and it was a little bit confusing. They are not aggressive, but if you are going to the earliest opening hour at 7.30, there will be mostly you and dogs at the street.
