From the moment I arrived, they greeted me very well and were super super friendly! The place is AMANZINGLY BEAUTIFUL. It even has a terrace with a pool area. This place literally made everything so much better, and is very well located. Everything is very clean and everyone is very nice. I felt very safe in there. It’s obvious how much effort the owner put into this home, he even sat down with me and gave me suggestions on what places to go as a solo female in Cairo and how to dress. They have a beautiful little cat named layla too! As a latina im always kind of concerned of leaving my things out without me being there. But I can definitely say that I felt VERY secure with all of my things there, because I felt very safe with the workers and also with the other tourists. Please don’t think it to much! This place is the BEST. Im so thankful I booked it. They also have a permanent coffee/tea station, and filtered water. This place changed my perspective on hostels. LOVED IT!

The WiFi is amazing, and I could even dial into a company meeting remotely without any delay. There was some noise from the street, but I believe it might actually be quieter than some other downtown hotels on busier streets. I slept quite well every night. The location is central. I would love to stay at the hostel again if I ever come back to Cairo in the future.
