I recently stayed at this budget-friendly hostel in the Galapagos for a holiday on a budget. The accommodations were exactly what we needed - clean rooms and excellent daily cleaning of rooms.

Free WiFi zones are available in some areas of the hostel and tea, coffee and water is available for guests. Everything was perfect, location, cleaning, price and above all staff kindness they were very helpful

Rooms at Ocean Dreams have a modern décor and feature air conditioning, and a flat-screen cable TV, while suites feature a air-conditioning and a flat-screen cable TV, as well as a microwave and a refrigerator. All of the private bathrooms also come with a shower and free toiletries. I adored the mother and daughter who keep this hotel running. They were helpful and had a wealth of knowledge about things to do in the area. I can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone interested in a more extended stay in Santa Cruz. I applaud them for their patience as I tried to navigate Spanish.

Located around 1.2 km from La Estacion Beach, the hostel is also less than 1 km away from Tortuga Bay. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a tour desk and luggage storage for guests. Nice and helpful hosts, big kitchen with utilities, gas stove, fridge, free drinkable water (hot, warm and cold), 3 types od tea (anis for stomack problems and digestion, camomille for sleeping and nerves and herbal for broken heart :) - this is such a uniq thing and so uppreciated🙏, clean bathroom with soap and toilet paper, free big towel,  lockers (with hostel key-you dont need to bring your own locker key), storage in the room, hanger per person, TV on the room, comfortable beds, clean sheets, blanket provided, they make all the beds each day, no mosquitoes in the room (nets on the windows), big commons area on the roof where you can dry your bathing  clothes and excellent location. I recommend staying im room for 4 (female).👍

Really nice hostel, good location, nice garden with hammocks, comfortable rooms which are cleaned every day, helpful staff (Ruth/Daniel arranged boat tickets for us and Marco was always there to help/answer our questions). The functional rooms here will provide the guests with air conditioning, a patio and access to a shared kitchen. The full bathrooms include free toiletries. Views of the surrounding garden can be enjoyed from these accommodations. Location: In the town for local shops, market and bus stop. Less than 5min walk to the beachfront restaurants and bars. Size of the room was generous and v comfortable. Hammocks and comfortable areas for relaxing as well as everything practical we could have needed: a well stocked kitchen, lockable cupboard in the room, lots of airing space for drying clothes. Good wifi - there is little to no signal on Galapagos and they had a starlink that provided the best wifi we found on the islands. Code-locked front gate meant you could come and go at leisure. Staff were very helpful: helped us to understand the bus to Santa Rosa (every 15mins 8am-10pm) for the El Chato Reserve to save money on taxis and even watched our bags for us the day we checked out so we could enjoy one more beach day before we left. There were bikes available to rent from the owners but we didn't use them. Also recommend ALMAR waterfront restaurant.

Located in Puerto Ayora, Hostal Estrella de Mar offers rooms with excellent ocean view and Free WiFi accessibility. You can enjoy natural wildlife at Galapagos National Park which is only a 24-minute drive away. The room is really spacious and nice. The hosts are wonderful and the view is amazing.

Within 5 minutes' walk from various restaurants, Hospedaje Vista al Mar is located in Puerto Ayora city centre. Free WiFi access is available, and the Puerto Ayora restaurant district is 50 metres away. Very big beds! Great common area, very nice hostel.
