There was hot showers, a fully fitted kitchen for communal use and the atmosphere was peaceful for a good nights sleep. Perfect location to visit Rincon De La Viejo. I also received free laundry and the kindness overall by the family was beyond words. I will always be eternally grateful for the hospitality thank you .

I've stayed at Casa Terra for almost 4 weeks because I went to Intercultura Language School nearby to learn Spanish. I felt very comfortable and at home at Casa Terra. It was always very clean. Also, I enjoyed being surrounded by nature and since it was not on the main road, it was really quiet at night. The walk to the beach is about 8 minutes, the walk downtown around 15 minutes. The volunteers Constance and Carolina as well as the owners were always happy to help with questions and organizing tours and often hung out with us at the hostel. I can fully recommend staying there.

The pool was so refreshing, I saw tons of birds and iguana. The people were really friendly, and the kitchen had what you need to cook + some coffee in the morning. I appreciated that it was a little out of the way of the busy part of town, ~a 10 minute walk from the main stuff in town

I liked that the property was close to the downtown Tamarindo and the beach and of course the pool. Btw, her receptionist Ailén was so kind and friendly. Thank so much.
