I have one of the best birthday of my life there . I wish to visit here soon!

The host Marsielle is very hospitable. The apartment is cosy & clean; the kitchen is well equipped. The bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. It is very convenient to go anywhere and yet a quiet environment. We rented 4 bikes from the host for half a day & biked to Iseltwald. The rental was CHF10/bike/half day, very reasonable. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Couldn't really ask for more :) overall this hostel is excellent, very comfy beds, clean common areas and rooms of course, parking on site (which is a great addition in Lauterbrunnen!) and there is a cozy garden area as well. I absolutely recommend staying here :)

Only 1.5 km from the ski lifts, this youth hostel is located in Grindelwald. The sun terrace and the lovely breakfast room have beautiful views of the Bernese Alps. Packed lunches are available.

All rooms at Youth Hostel Grindelwald have wooden furniture and offer nice mountain views. Great staff, wonderful view, breakfast was a lifesaver and more comprehensive than I thought it would be, wasn't even that bad walking up the hill from the train station.
