I really liked the friendly staff, which was mostly Czech speaking, so it was a huge benefit for us. The hotel was very cozy and clean. In fact, we had only a double room, so we didn't expect any large space, where you could park your own Jumbo jet, and the hotel met our expectations. :D But we definitely couldn't complain about the space at all.

One of the best Hostels / Hotels I've experienced so far. This was my second stay in Graz and I chose to return to a&o Graz Hauptbahnhof and I wasn't disappointed ! Friendly staff, nice room with nice view, good Wi-Fi and wonderful breakfast.
