I stayed with Chi's family few weeks ago. Probably received the best company and hospitality while staying in Vietnam. Chi is absolutely wonderful, you could ask for any question to Chi, and Chi and the family is the most approachable and warm people you could imagine. Beautiful garden and wonderful facility. Chi is great cook also, absolutely enjoyed every moment I was there. I borrowed bicycle, and when it rained Chi let me borrow her umbrella.

Excellent location and helpful staff in organizing different tours for the day at a fair price! The value for money was incredible. They even let me shower and gave me a towel after I checked out before taking the night train. So nice!

The hostel was clean, bed very comfy. The staff was amazing and really went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The owner, Fin, is officially my hero for letting me shower before I had to go to the bus (long after check out time) on a super hot day and for being super friendly and helpful in general. Breakfast was also really good.

It was so magical @ Rubi's Hostel. We met so many locals and shared dinner with them. Chi was really funny and we had heaps of good laughs. The kitchen has everything what you need to prepare a good dish. Free rental bikes were awesome as well to explore the region. We would definetly come back one day! Just loved it! Karma feelings forever ☯️!

I got there by mistaken however, it was the best choice so far. Lovely staff, specially “Na” I run cash out and my credit card did not work neither, though they helped me to figure out. Very obliging people all time.

Clean room, nice lady boss and helpful front desk. Lady boss made us nice coffee and gave us fruits before we left for Hoi An. Kettle for making coffee was provided. Walking distance to town. Nearby has a nice coffee place "root cafe" to hang around, and has nice Banh Mi "Banh Mi Dong Ba" next to the coffee shop.
