Everything is completely new and perfectly clean. Great location next to the train station and in proximity of the old town. Good and prompt communication with the owner. The apartment has everything one needs with a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and good WiFi. Excellent value for money, fully recommendable.

Enjoyed an absolutely wonderful 3 night stay here. The hotel is finished to a high standard, rooms are comfortable, and the courtyard is a perfect setting to escape the midday sun with a book. The family and staff running it are delightful, and you will never be hungry here, the breakfast was incredible and kept me going until dinner. Perfect location for everything. They organised an excellent driver, Kakroman, to take me to the forts and onwards to Bukhara. Look forward to returning in a few years.

Absolutely friendly and helpful staffs, which spoke all perfect english. Great personal breakfast and nice atmosphere. They offer also tours to Moynaq, Kyzylkum dessert or Buchara. I would highly recommended carousel hotel and would book again if i come back to Khiva. Spasibo bol'shoye!!
