Koko is the heart and soul of this place. Taking the time to know everyone who stays, he really makes you feel very well taken care of. I had a fab stay here as a solo traveller (despite being a little older than the other guests). The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was not luxury but mostly clean. I stayed in the private room and had a gorgeous balcony overlooking the front of the property. Also, nice that music and noise level is kept down after midnight.

Wow, this place is more like a hotel! Super clean, has everything you need, I mean, you have to stay here. Perfect location, comfortable beds with individual curtains and sockets, huge lockers, a/c, fully equipped kitchen, their own backyard, good showers! Everything is perfect!!! Highly recommended!!!

Our stay at this accommodation was fantastic. The staff was welcoming,always friendly and ready to fulfill our needs. The room was simple, clean,perfect ,the balcony as well, there we were delighted by the beautiful view of the city and mountains. The location was right in the heart of the city, close to all important places, you can almost be everywhere within a couple of minutes by walk. What impressed us was the value for money that this accommodation offers. For just 12.5 € per bed, you get far more than you would expect. This place truly provides a beautiful experience at an affordable price.

I loved everything! It is run by a husband and wife and his father, and in that way it is almost like an Airbnb. They are very solicitous of their guests, and sit down and show you a map and explain where to go and what to see when you first come in. There’s a kitchen, fridge, there are dorms and private rooms, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s only a few minutes walk to the beach, but in the flat area where there are a lot of services like stores and restaurants and shopping, and not far from the bus station. The property is new, and you can see that a lot of thought has gone into the exact furnishings of each room, and everything is of high quality. The garden is also a very pleasant space to relax, and everything is far enough from the street that there is no noise at all.
